The delivery of wines, cakes and tortes must be coordinated with the events department. We kindly ask you to collect returns the day after the event between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Please let us know — if you are aware of them — about any speeches and other programme items so that we can adapt the service flow accordingly.

Please tell us who our on-site contact for the schedule and organisational matters will be.

A reservation fee of € 1.000,- becomes due upon binding confirmation of the date. In addition, a deposit of 50 % of the total package price must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the event. The date is only confirmed as binding once the reservation fee has been received. The reservation fee and the deposit are credited towards the total amount.

To ensure a peaceful night for our neighbours and hotel guests, the west balcony closes at midnight. We are happy to keep the south balcony open until the end of your celebration.

Round tables (Ø 170 cm) are available. These are ideally suited for 8 guests (including charger plates) and up to a maximum of 10 guests (without charger plates).

We kindly ask you to arrange flowers and decoration yourselves. Decorating is possible on the day of the event from 12:00 noon. If you bring your own candles, please consult us in advance. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or soiling caused by your own decoration. We kindly ask you to collect returns the day after the event between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Please also think — if desired — about suitable decoration for the rooftop terrace.

As a festive, exclusive setting for your aperitif reception or a free wedding ceremony, our panorama rooftop terrace offers a sun sail.

With the reservation confirmation, we send you a checklist with all the information we need to ensure your celebration runs perfectly. About 8 weeks before the event, we are happy to discuss and finalise the details and procedures with you. We kindly ask you to make an appointment with us for this. Appointments with the events department are possible Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Fireworks and fire shows are not permitted anywhere on the hotel grounds.

Our in-house photo booth, including printed images + unlimited images in digital resolution, can be rented for € 550,-.

In good weather, our rooftop terrace is the ideal setting for a free wedding ceremony. We charge for arranging the free ceremony individually according to the effort involved. Our rooftop terrace offers space for around 100 guests. We kindly ask you to plan and organise a bad-weather alternative as well.

Our tables are set with white linen, white cloth napkins and, on request, silver charger plates and 5-arm candlesticks. We discuss individual wishes during the detailed planning.

We are very happy to provide a gift table for your presents. So that nothing gets lost in the bustle of the celebration — especially envelopes with cash gifts — we kindly ask you to take the gifts home the same evening. We accept no liability.

On request, we are happy to reserve a room at the Alpenresort Schwarz for the bridal couple at special rates. Further rooms at the Alpenresort Schwarz are subject to availability. We ask for your understanding that rooms for short stays (up to 2 nights) can only be booked 1 month before arrival. We are happy to design your event according to your wishes. A flying dinner, for example, offers a very relaxed setting for your celebration. We are happy to advise you.

For our "little ones" we offer our kids package.

We are happy to include a children's table for eating or playing in the seating plan.

On request, the Alpenresort Schwarz offers childcare. For 2 carers (depending on group size and age), € 84,00 / hour is charged, including games and craft materials. From 20 children, 3 carers are required.

You can find our current menu suggestions at www.greenvieh.at/feste-feiern . Please decide on a single shared menu for all guests. For the main course, you are welcome to choose between a fish and a meat dish with the same side dishes.

We kindly ask you to design the menu cards yourselves and have them placed by your decorator. Please send us the menu card draft before printing so we can check it against the agreed menu.

The number of menus or guests stated 7 working days before the wedding date is taken as the minimum billing basis.

Whether live music or a DJ – all options are possible. Set-up is possible on the day of the event from 12:00 noon. All standard power connections are available in the Chalet. As catering for the musicians, we recommend à la carte dining in the Greenvieh restaurant on the ground floor.

We usually hold your preferred date with an option of 14 days. When the option expires, we kindly ask for your response. If we receive no word, your provisional booking lapses automatically and the date may be reassigned.

Ample parking is available directly at the Greenvieh.

Our Greenvieh Chalet is the ideal setting for events of 80 to 150 people. Due to the size of the room, we recommend a minimum of 50 people. For smaller events, our "Greenside" on the ground floor is a great choice.

We do not offer a trial tasting of the chosen menu. We are happy for you to get to know our cuisine during an à la carte dinner.

In order to issue your invoice correctly, we need the home address, email and phone numbers of the bridal couple in advance. During the detailed planning, it must be settled which consumption is covered by guests paying for themselves and which may be charged to the overall invoice. We send the invoice by email after the event, with the request for payment within 14 days.

Our standard napkin folds are: candle, crown, pocket, rose or fan.

Closing time is set at 3:00 a.m.

• Up to 12 months before the event: refund of the deposit of € 1.000,- • 12 to 6 months before the event: € 500,- as compensation for expenses • 6 to 2 months before the event: 50% of the booked total package based on the confirmed number of guests • 2 months before the event: 90% of the total package based on the confirmed number of guests Cancellations are only accepted in writing by email.

White chair covers are already included in the event package.

We recommend the taxi company "Plateau-Taxi". It can be reached on: +43 676 3430343. Local trips, such as to the Biohotel Schweitzer, cost around € 8.00-12.00. Also Inntal Taxi on: +43 5262 63700 (price for local trips in Mieming approx. € 15.00) The taxis can also be booked in advance for a specific time.

Screens and projectors as well as microphones are available free of charge in the Chalet. If you or your guests need this equipment for presentations or speeches, we kindly ask you to coordinate this with us and, if necessary, to test it with us a few days in advance.

We send you a digital seating plan in advance. For organisational reasons, we kindly ask you to return it to us no later than two weeks before the date. Please mark children's places and high chairs here, as well as guests with "special" menus. We kindly ask you to provide an overview plan to inform your guests yourselves.

You are welcome to bring your own tortes and cakes. On request, they are served with sparklers (please bring your own). Please coordinate delivery times with us in advance. For cakes and candy bars you bring yourself, please bring your own platters, bowls etc. Otherwise they will be placed on the buffet as delivered. Tiered stands and cake accessories are only accepted fully assembled. We recommend labelling the accessories accordingly with the wedding name and date. All accessories must be collected the following day between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Please let us know whether unconsumed cake will be collected the next day. Otherwise we reserve the right to dispose of it after 11:00 a.m.

The cakeage (service charge) for tortes/cakes you bring yourself is included in the event package.

Were you happy with our service? Our team is of course very pleased about a small token of appreciation. The tip can be added to the invoice.

Please inform us — if known — about any allergies among your guests during the detailed planning. Our kitchen is happy to prepare suitable alternative menus. You can obtain information about ingredients in our dishes that may trigger allergies or intolerances from our service staff. We take particular care in our preparation. Despite the greatest possible care, however, cross-contact cannot be ruled out, as we cook with all products.

Our menu suggestions include fish and meat dishes. Of course, vegetarians are also well catered for. Our head chef offers a suitable alternative on the day of the event. If already known, we kindly ask you to let us know the number of vegetarians / vegans during the detailed planning.

For the selection of your wine, a complimentary wine tasting (2 white and 2 red wines, 1/16 l each) for 2 people is available. Our sommelier offers a more extensive tasting of further wines from our wine book at € 35,- per person. Our Greenvieh Edition wines are included in the wedding package. Please make an appointment.
