Creative Table by Greenvieh

Creative Table by Greenvieh is a new event series for everyone who enjoys creative evenings, good food, drinks and nice company. At each changing creative table you experiment and make things together – no prior knowledge and no pressure to perform. Just a really good evening that is more than a workshop.

#01 Magic of Colours – acrylic painting with Isabell
In the mood for an evening where you switch off your head, get creative and simply try something out? At the Creative Table “Magic of Colours” you dive into the world of acrylic painting together with artist Isabell – with no prior knowledge and no pressure to perform.
Let your instinct loose on the canvas and discover what happens when colours, different techniques and your own creativity come together. Add good drinks, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room for conversation and inspiration.

A Reading with Isabel Kapeller
In her novel “Löwin des Windes” Isabel Kapeller tells the story of Stella, who sets out to find the father she never knew. Her journey takes her to the island of Elba – and ever deeper into her own story. What begins as a search for a person becomes an encounter with the past. With old wounds, unspoken truths and the question of whether forgiving is possible without forgetting. “Löwin des Windes” is a novel about origins and family, about fear and closeness. And about the courage to stop avoiding yourself. Isabel Kapeller lives in Tyrol and writes poetry and prose. Her writing explores the connections between people, their delicate and powerful fractures, and what so often stays hidden. She wants to give the quiet voices a name. Alongside her work as an author she founded Zeilenleise, through which she designs and leads writing retreats and workshops. “Löwin des Windes” is her current novel. The reading is held in German.

Wild Scandinavian Cooking with Brian Bojsen
An evening full of fire, nature and unforgettable moments of indulgence: Danish outdoor chef Brian Bojsen has made the wild beauty of Scandinavia his kitchen – and brings it to the Greenvieh for one night. Under the open sky he cooks several courses live over an open fire, pairing his elemental craft with stories from the North. Included in your ticket: an aperitif reception and a four-course dinner experience, drinks not included. Price per person. Please note: guests are seated at long tables and the menu is served family-style as a sharing dinner. For this event we are unable to offer vegetarian or vegan alternatives or to cater for individual allergies.

New Year's Eve at the Greenvieh
We celebrate in the most relaxed way: à la carte dining, good company, a toast and a DJ to see in the new year. There are two seatings – at 5:30 pm and at 8:00 pm. Enjoy the turn of the year on the ground floor of the Greenvieh in a stylish ambience with atmospheric music – DJ from 9:00 pm, dance your way into the new year!
Highlight: at 00:15 the spectacular fireworks of the Alpenresort Schwarz await you – visible right from the restaurant!
